Django projects get a detected `manage.py test` configuration next to runserver and a Django tests configuration type (command, runner arguments, target, settings module, options). Results stream into the test tree with failures, errors, skips and subtests, failed tests navigate to their source line, Rerun Failed Tests narrows the command to the failed labels, and single tests run from the gutter. A release build of OpenIDEA from main and IDEA with default settings and plugins, on
Windows 11, 32-core AMD, 62 GB RAM.
IDEA analyses Python more deeply, so "ready" doesn't mean the same work on
both sides. Both are measured from the outside, the same way: see
