* feat(i18n): 新增简体中文界面翻译

* test(i18n): 补充中文界面截图与端到端验证

* fix(i18n): Translate notifications and usages through catalog templates

Move the hard-coded Chinese notification patterns into source-text
templates (`{name} failed`) applied at render time, so text follows
locale switches and stays English under en. Use useTx in Search
Everywhere and add its missing zh strings.

* chore: Drop i18n screenshots
