The source-text catalog (locales/text/zh.json) is keyed by the English text, so reworded or new UI strings silently fell back to English (e.g. the language server JDK hint on the Java settings page). Adds the 321 missing Chinese translations, updates the 3 reworded keys, removes 45 stale keys, and makes the file-refactoring failure titles translatable.
New guard test (src/platform/locales/textCatalog.test.ts) parses src/ for literals that reach the translation layer and fails on missing or stale catalog entries, with an explicit allowlist for untranslated text.

Solarized Light/Dark and One Light/Dark ship as theme plugins (plugins/theme-solarized, plugins/theme-one) with complete UI tokens, editor schemes and terminal colours, and the original palettes' MIT notices. Installing a plugin now also copies its LICENSE/NOTICE/COPYING.
Theme handling that benefits every plugin theme:
- The last plugin theme is restored before first paint (splash, workbench); the native window background follows the theme.
- HSL / color-mix() / var() colours are resolved to RGB for native windows, the Settings window and Mermaid.
- Mermaid, the terminal and editor schemes follow switches between two themes of the same kind.
- An explicitly chosen editor scheme wins over a plugin theme's editor colours.

WebKit sends the Enter (or Space) that commits a candidate after compositionend,
with isComposing already false and keyCode 229. Handlers that checked isComposing
alone ran it: dialogs confirmed and shortcuts fired while typing Chinese or
Japanese. isImeKey() checks both, and every keydown handler that skipped
composition uses it.
Adds Increase Font Size / Decrease Font Size (⌥⇧. / ⌥⇧, in the IntelliJ keymaps) for the active editor, sharing the ±1px step and limits with ⌘/Ctrl + mouse wheel. The Markdown preview, including code blocks, follows its editor's zoom, and Reset Font Size in All Editors resets it too.
Editor zoom had no effect once a font size was configured in settings: the configured size was applied with higher precedence than the zoom. The zoom now wins.

Keymaps only understood keystrokes, so the mouse back / forward side buttons did nothing. Keymaps now accept mouse shortcuts (Button4, Shift+Button5, …); every preset binds Button4 / Button5 to Navigate Back / Forward. The dispatcher handles side-button presses in the capture phase, so they work over the editor, tool windows and empty space, never change the editor selection and don't trigger the webview's own history navigation. Menus and tooltips keep showing the keyboard shortcut.

## What
An Agents feature: hand a task to a coding agent and follow it from the IDE. Agents speak the [Agent Client Protocol](https://agentclientprotocol.com). Built in: Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, OpenCode, Qwen Code, Kimi CLI, Goose, Auggie, Kiro, Mistral Vibe. You can add your own in `<config>/agents/<id>.toml` (`name`, `command`, `args`, `[env]`). An agent whose command isn't on `PATH` is listed under "Not installed".
- **New Task page.** An editor page with a prompt box. You pick the agent, model, mode and thinking effort, and whether it runs in a new worktree (from a chosen branch) or in the checkout.
- **Agents tool window.** Tasks are grouped by what they need: Needs Input, Failed, Running, Ready to Review, Archived. It also shows a stripe badge, a status bar item and notifications.
- **Session tab.**
- The conversation: Markdown, thinking, tool calls with diff stats, the plan.
- Permission requests appear as an editor banner.
- The changed files are compared against the task's base commit and open in the diff viewer.
- A context-usage meter.
- **Composer.**
- `@` references files from the project index. A referenced file's text is sent when the agent accepts embedded context, otherwise a `resource_link`.
- `/` lists the agent's commands; ↑/↓ recall earlier messages.
- Images can be pasted, dropped or picked; Shift+Tab cycles the mode.
- While the agent works, Enter queues the message and ⌘↵ interrupts the turn and sends it now. Queued messages can be sent now, edited or removed.
- **Send to Agent.** In the editor and Project view context menus. It adds `@file:10-20` references to the message you typed last.
- Landing the work is left to the existing Git features: the worktree is a normal branch.
## How
- **`crates/ide-agent`**: one ACP agent process per task, running in the task's directory.
- It folds `session/update` into a timeline and answers `session/request_permission`.
- It tracks the session's settings: `configOptions`, falling back to the older `modes` / `models` fields. The user's choices are applied again on every new or reloaded session.
- Tasks are saved as JSON per task. Sessions resume with `session/load` without duplicating history, and old task files are upgraded when read.
- **`ide-jsonrpc`**: adds newline-delimited framing (ACP) next to Content-Length (LSP).
- **`ide-vcs`**: adds `numstat_with_worktree` for the changes list.
- **Editor**:
- The Switcher (⌃⇥) lists every open editor, as IDEA does, not just files.
- `EditorKindContribution.restorable` lets a kind's tabs be saved with the editor session, so agent tabs survive reloads.
- **UI**: `Select` popups now size to fit short option details (they used to cut them off).
## Testing
- `cargo test -p ide-agent` (14 tests). They use an in-memory ACP agent and cover permissions, restart with `session/load`, settings, the queue with send-now and stop, and prompt blocks.
- There is also an ignored end-to-end test against the real Claude Code adapter: `OPENIDEA_AGENT_E2E=1 cargo test -p ide-agent real_claude -- --ignored`.
- `pnpm vitest run`: 2052 tests.
- `cargo clippy -p ide-agent -p openidea --all-targets -- -D warnings` and typecheck are clean.
- Driven in the running app with Claude Code:
- A task in a worktree, with permission answers, changes listed and the diff opened.
- A follow-up after restarting the IDE.
- `@` reference with embedded content, `/` commands, Shift+Tab mode changes.
- A queued message and send-now, an image prompt, Send to Agent from a selection.
- The Switcher and restored tabs after a reload.
Not covered yet: only Claude Code was driven end to end. The other agents go through the same ACP path but weren't run here.
Merged on the maintainer's go-ahead. Merge with main: kept both sides in Cargo.toml (ide-agent + ide-clipboard), the feature registry (agents + vim) and zh.json (no duplicate keys). After the merge: typecheck clean, full vitest 268 files / 2247 tests passed, ide-agent/ide-jsonrpc/ide-vcs 144 passed, bindings unchanged after regeneration.
JetBrains Mono at 500 looks heavier than PyCharm's rendering, and 450 was rounded up to 500. Adds a Custom option with an input to the Main and Bold font weight rows; weights are clamped to 100–900 and rounded to the nearest 50 (the terminal, which follows the editor weights, gets the same steps).
Verified in the app: Custom → 450 shows the input and the preview renders at 450. Maintainer follow-up: formatted the dialog test.

Python language servers mark class attributes `static`, so their declarations and `self.` references rendered italic, unlike PyCharm. Adds Color Scheme attributes for static symbols: Language Defaults › Identifiers › Static symbol (italic by default, as IDEA's static members) and Python › Static symbol (upright by default), applied to semantic tokens with the `static` modifier.
Verified in the app with basedpyright: a class attribute renders upright by default and italic when Python › Static symbol › Italic is on, applied live. Maintainer follow-up: formatted colorScheme.tsx.

Root cause: the IDE only detected installed JDKs and had no way to get one, so any launch needing a newer JDK than the machine has (latest jdtls needs JDK 25) dead-ended in an error.
Fix: IDEA-style Download JDK (Eclipse Temurin via the Adoptium API, sha256-verified, reusing ide-tools' download/verify code; Windows zip, Linux tar.gz, macOS Contents/Home) into <app-data>/tools/jdks, registered with JDK discovery and rescanned after each download. "Download JDK…" in the Project SDK and Language Server JDK pickers; a one-click `java.downloadJdk` "Download JDK N" on "needs JDK N" errors, which also repoints a too-old language server JDK and restarts jdtls.
Siblings: language server status popup, jdtls launch notification, run console classpath error, debug launch, run configurations without a JDK ≥ the module's Java version, Maven/Gradle sync failures, single-file Java run without `java` on PATH.
Verified in the app on macOS: vendor/version/location queries, the Download JDK dialog from the Language Server JDK picker, a real Temurin 25.0.5 download that runs. Not verified on Windows/Linux.

Two editor toggles under Settings › Editor › Color Scheme › Language Defaults (off by default, also actions `editor.toggleRainbowBrackets` / `editor.toggleSemanticHighlighting`):
- Semantic highlighting (IDEA's rainbow variables): locals and parameters coloured by a name hash from LSP semantic tokens; fields, statics, constants, library symbols untouched.
- Rainbow brackets (VS Code's bracket pair colorization): (), [], {} by depth, unmatched in the error colour, strings/comments skipped, visible ranges only with 4 KB checkpoints.
Palettes are theme tokens (`--syn-rainbow-1..5`, `--syn-bracket-1..3`, light/dark/high-contrast), editable in the Color Scheme tree, and mapped from IntelliJ `.icls` RAINBOW_COLOR1..5.
App verification on macOS found the colours were overridden by the syntax highlighter's span nested inside the marks; the rules now cover descendants. Verified both toggles on/off live in a TS file.

Root cause: the quick-doc/problem hover and the Ctrl/⌘-hover navigation info were independent tooltips with no precedence, and the navigation modifier was only seen through the focused editor's key events, so holding Ctrl stacked both popups.
Fix: a window-wide platform navigation modifier (`src/platform/navigationModifier.ts`, ⌘ on macOS / Ctrl elsewhere, unchorded); with it held the plain hover doesn't open, late LSP results are dropped, an open hover closes (unless the pointer is inside it, so Ctrl/⌘+C still copies), release clears the link and info.
Siblings: problem/diagnostic hover, debugger value tooltip, inlay hint hovers (no doc or underline through hints, platform-correct Ctrl/⌘-click), consistent ⌘ vs ⌃ handling on macOS.
Verified in the app on macOS (⌘): hover then ⌘ leaves only the nav info, ⌘ before hover shows only nav info, release clears both and plain hover returns. Not verified on Windows.

Built-in Vim emulation on @replit/codemirror-vim (approved dependency), modelled on IdeaVim: `vim.toggle` (Tools › Vim, status widget, Settings › Editor › Vim), mode widget (NORMAL / INSERT / VISUAL / V-LINE / V-BLOCK / REPLACE), IdeaVim-style shortcut conflict handlers (Vim / IDE per key) through a generic `registerKeyClaim()` in the keymap dispatcher, Escape closing popups first, a safe subset of ~/.openideavimrc / ~/.ideavimrc (set, map variants, mapleader, :action / <Action>()), Ex commands :w :wa :q :qa :wq :x :action. Covers file editors, diff editable side and merge result via a new `embeddedEditorExtensions` extension point.
Verified in the app on macOS: motions/operators, i/Esc/V mode widget, :w saves, Ctrl+R redoes in Vim without running Run, toggling off restores plain editing. Not verified on Windows/Linux.
Fixes#27https://claude.ai/code/session_01VUYsdXA2nkF5v6zsC93dpn
Root cause: `uses_lombok` only scanned build files ~3 levels below the jdtls root, so Lombok inherited from outside that tree was judged `Unused` and no `-javaagent` was attached — even when Lombok was installed in Settings.
Covered: parent pom only in the local Maven repository (settings.xml localRepository honoured, multi-hop, cycle-safe), parent via relativePath outside the workspace, outer Gradle root build / version catalog, `lombok.config` in ancestor directories, and a bounded source fallback (`import lombok.` / `@lombok.`) for convention plugins and BOMs. A Lombok jar installed in Settings is now always attached (like IDEA's always-on Lombok support). Detection in `java_resolve_launch` runs in `spawn_blocking`.
Fixes#33https://claude.ai/code/session_01VUYsdXA2nkF5v6zsC93dpn
Root cause: the editor had no font weight settings, and the WebView rendering of JetBrains Mono looks lighter than IDEA (#32).
Fix (IDEA's Settings › Editor › Font › Typography Settings): configurable Main font weight and Bold font weight (defaults Regular 400 / Bold 700) via --fw-code / --fw-code-bold; colour-scheme bold/regular overrides still win; settings preview updates live. Replaces the Light-only 450/550 hard-coding.
Siblings covered: sticky lines, diff/merge, run console (ANSI bold), Find in Files, completion/parameter info/docs, database editor, debugger value popup, matched braces, terminal with "Use editor font".
Verified: scoped vitest, ide-core tests, in-app on macOS (settings UI, editor weight follows the setting end to end).

Root causes: Typo "Change to" replaced one occurrence even for declared names (breaking references); inspections had no Disable / Edit settings controls anywhere; en_US Hunspell does not derive agent nouns like "checkpointer" and compound identifier words were flagged; local inspections (Typo, file references, SQL) never reached Problems.
Fix (IDEA): "Typo: Rename to…" renames via LSP rename, falling back to syntax-based local rename, never a silent single replace, and lists identifier-safe words only; intention submenu (→) with Edit inspection profile setting / Disable inspection for every inspection; Problems and Inspection Results get Disable Inspection, Change Severity, Edit Inspection Profile Setting; Typo options Process code / literals / comments; -er/-ers derivation and identifier compounds accepted, common misspellings still flagged.
Siblings covered: all LSP and built-in inspections' intentions, file reference and SQL inspections in Problems, severity counter.
Verified: ide-spell tests (issue examples + ~50 real misspellings), vitest (286), in-app on macOS: only 'mesage' flagged, submenu, Rename to → 'message' updated both occurrences.

Root cause: run configurations could only launch a process; there was no "attach to a debugger that is already listening" type, and debugServer only connected to 127.0.0.1.
Fix (IDEA / GoLand / PyCharm): debug-only Remote JVM Debug (attach / listen, live JDWP agent args per JDK version), Go Remote (dlv --headless, substitutePath), Python Remote Debug (debugpy --listen, pathMappings) and Attach to Node.js (inspector, localRoot/remoteRoot); debugServer accepts host:port and [v6]:port; JVM listen mode via a cancellable relay so java-debug can attach.
Verified: ide-dap tests (host:port, relay handshake, cancel), run/debugger vitest, in-app on macOS: Python Remote Debug attached to a debugpy server, paused at app.py:3 with variables. Remote JVM/Go/Node not exercised in-app.
Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01VUYsdXA2nkF5v6zsC93dpn
Root cause: the terminal built its own font-family ("JetBrains Mono", Nerd Fonts, monospace) without the bundled "JetBrains Mono Variable", so on Windows (no JetBrains Mono installed) xterm fell back to the system monospace (SimSun on Chinese Windows); xterm also measured cells before the webfont loaded.
Fix: one resolver (src/platform/fonts.ts monoFontFamily) maps JetBrains Mono to the bundled face; xterm re-measures once fonts load; "Use editor font" also takes the editor's fallback font (IDEA).
Siblings covered: embedded run terminal, editor default family + fallback, Settings › Editor › Font preview.
Verified in-app on macOS (terminal renders JetBrains Mono Variable). Not verified on Windows.

- Stack frames resolve by fully qualified class name; context run chooser
- Inline Smart Step Into
- Git Log multi-select filters, "me" and date range; favourite branches,
Fetch and tags in the branch popup; stash Keep index and Unstash options
- Terminal tab titles follow the shell; Distraction Free persists; gear menu;
sticky balloons move to the notifications tool window after a while
* fix(vcs): Label restored local changes as yours after Smart Checkout; name the branch checked out
Conflicts from restoring stashed changes show the user's uncommitted
changes on the left like other operations, and the checkout notification
names the new branch instead of the previous one.
* fix: Close the merge editor on Apply; confirm before terminating a running Run tab
Like IDEA, applying a merge result closes its tab, and closing a Run tab
whose process still runs asks before terminating it (with a Settings
toggle and "Do not ask again").
* fix(terminal): Don't start a new session in the background after closing the last tab
The hidden Terminal window stays mounted, so it reopened a session as soon
as the last tab closed. It now opens the Local tab only once the window is
shown again, as IDEA does.
* fix(vcs): Start the merge result from a three-way merge; close the editor on Apply
The result pane now begins with non-conflicting changes merged and each
conflict showing the base text, resolved from the side panes, instead of
raw conflict markers. Apply now reports success, so the tab closes.
fix(search): Match File Structure filter on word starts
* fix: Limit Smart Step Into to the paused line; drop usages hints on callbacks; show full intention titles
Adapters that list every remaining call in the function (debugpy) made Smart
Step Into fall back to a chooser that offered calls from later lines. Targets
are now narrowed to the calls on the paused line, so they are picked in place.
Anonymous functions and callbacks no longer get a 'no usages' hint, and
intention titles are no longer cut short when there is room for them.
* fix: Undo / Redo from the Edit menu and Find Action use the editor's history
They ran the webview's native undo, which misses programmatic edits such as
templates, completion and refactorings, so nothing happened in the editor.
* feat(nav): Complete file paths and flag unresolved web file references
Path completion in href/src/url()/@import, Markdown links and path-like strings, folders first. HTML and CSS paths that name no file get a 'Cannot resolve file' warning. File references resolve in the backend like IDEA's: relative to the file, /-rooted against the project and resource roots.
* feat: Align editor, workbench, run/debug and VCS interactions with IntelliJ IDEA
Keymap
- Let AltGr characters through instead of firing Ctrl+Alt shortcuts (Windows/Linux)
- Double Shift: strict press/release timing, ignored while typing or after Shift+click
- Chords wait 2s and swallow an unmatched second stroke
- Drop CodeMirror defaults that clash with IDEA keys; ⌘Enter is Split Line, add
Scroll to Center and Code Block Start/End
- Add missing IDEA defaults (⌃J, ⌘Y, ⇧⌘C, ⌥⌘Y, ⇧⌘M, F9 Resume, ⌘R Rerun, …)
Editor
- Tab inserts at the caret; smart Backspace to the proper indent; Enter continues
a `//` comment; per-language line comment placement
- Back/Forward records navigations only; ⌘F searches the selected text
- In-place rename; ⌃Space inserts a sole candidate; commit characters only for a
focused lookup; usage highlighting survives edits; ⌥Enter offers fixes from the
caret line; ⌘-hover shows declaration info only for navigable targets
Workbench
- Tool windows: primary and split area per side, six Move To anchors, layout migration
- ⌘W closes tool window content; Shift+Esc from the editor; closing a tab
activates the left neighbour; preview tab and tab limit follow IDEA defaults
- Switcher lists open editors and tool windows; Recent Files Delete removes items
- Search Everywhere tab/scope behaviour; popups close when the window deactivates
- Project view: Copy/Move dialogs on paste, skippable usage search on delete,
new-file input cancels on blur; Settings search Esc clears the filter
- Status bar breadcrumbs open a children popup; notification timeouts
Run / Debug / Build / Terminal
- Run asks to stop a running single-instance config; Rerun restarts silently;
"Allow multiple instances" option
- Run chooser: Enter runs, Shift debugs, F4/Delete/digits
- Type into the console for stdin; Stop covers debug sessions
- Log (Shift+click) and temporary (Alt+click) breakpoints; independent suspend/log
options; Evaluate prefill and history; changed-value highlighting; expandable hints
- Build window opens on failure and jumps to the first error
- Terminal confirms closing a busy tab and lets IDE shortcuts through
VCS
- Correct ours/theirs labels during rebase, cherry-pick and revert
- Smart/Force Checkout; remote branch checkout updates the local branch
- Partial commit by changed block; inline before-commit check results
- F7 continues into the next file; Rollback Lines; Commit and Push; Amend message swap
- Branch delete with Restore; force push confirmation; editable push target;
update summary with the incoming commits
* chore: Regenerate bindings
Go to Declaration and Cmd-click said "Cannot find declaration" on HTML href/src, CSS url() and @import, Markdown links and CSS selectors: language servers expose paths as document links, not definitions, and none resolves class/id to selectors.
- ide-lsp: textDocument/documentLink (lsp_document_links), resolving links that lack a target.
- Editor: when the server has no definition, follow its document links, then URLs and quoted / Markdown / url() paths in any language. Server file links are checked to exist; root-relative paths also resolve against resource roots. Cmd-hover underlines the whole link.
- ide-language: tree-sitter web references (class / id attributes, href="#id", var(--x)) and .class / #id / --var definitions from stylesheets and <style> elements, indexed as symbols. web_goto looks them up by exact name (ProjectIndex::symbols_named), using the open document's unsaved text.
- Detect public/ of package.json modules as a resource root (Vite, Next, CRA serve it at /).
- Project widget initials follow IDEA's AvatarUtils.initials ("idea" → "I").
- "Show directories with changed descendants" is off by default, as in IDEA.
- FileEntry gains `excluded`: only excluded folders get the excluded icon and
dimming; git-ignored ones keep the plain icon and the ignored colour.
- `.github` folders get IDEA's GitHub folder icon.
- Matched tag names are never bold and use their own background
(MATCHED_TAG_NAME); matched braces are bold in dark schemes only.
- Revert Greyscale antialiasing to `antialiased` for UI and editor; `auto`
rendered text heavier than PyCharm.

Servers and debug adapters could only be found on PATH or in the IDE's
tools folder; the only way to pick another executable (a version that
matches the project's Elixir/OTP, a local build) was an undocumented
languages/*.toml override. `tools.<command>.path` now names the
executable to launch: language servers (configure_server, restarted on
change), debug sessions and the tool list honour it, the latter
reporting a Custom status with its version or why the path is unusable.
The Language Servers page is laid out like Plugins: a compact list
grouped by availability on the left, the selected tool's command, path,
location, version, install actions and hints on the right.
A debugger named like its language server (ElixirLS's elixir-ls /
elixir-ls-debugger) was folded into the server's row and never listed;
it now gets a row of its own.

- Rollback no longer offers a submodule's own entry: it cannot be reverted from the
enclosing repository (it did nothing while reporting "Rolled back 1 file"). Rolling
back only that entry explains how to revert it instead.
- A selected change is rolled back alone; only folders take the changes below them, so
selecting a submodule's entry no longer pulls in the uncommitted files inside it.
- The Git log loads the branches of the newly selected repository, so it reloads when
that repository's refs move (a new branch showed up only after a manual refresh).
Review fixes for several repositories in one project:
- A path equal to a nested repository's root (a submodule's entry, an untracked
clone) belongs to the enclosing repository, in the backend and the Commit view.
It was routed to the nested repository as ".", so Rollback ran `git restore` and
`git clean` over the whole submodule and Commit staged everything in it.
- Repository-scoped commands take the repository root exactly and fail when it is
gone instead of running in an enclosing repository; path-based ones resolve the
file's repository (Project::with_repo_of).
- The rescan on a repository appearing or going watches `.git/HEAD`: the watcher
never reports a `.git` path itself, so the old check never fired.
- Status skips a repository that cannot be read; refresh falls back to the primary
repository when the selected one is gone instead of failing every time.
- Commit and Compare-with-Local diffs resolve repository-relative paths against the
selected repository's root, not the project root.
- Update Project and Fetch go on after a failing repository and report the failures
together; Update skips repositories with a detached HEAD or no upstream.
- The Push dialog leaves out a repository that cannot be read.
- Shelve and patches fail clearly for changes of a nested repository instead of
leaving them out silently (they still support the main repository only).
- Fix the repository discovery test on Windows (path separators); Chinese text for
the new strings.
Review fixes for the Project JDK / Maven settings:
- jdtls gets the user settings.xml as java.configuration.maven.userSettings, so the
editor resolves dependencies through the same mirrors and servers as sync and builds.
- The configured local repository (else <localRepository> of the chosen settings.xml)
is where the static POM model looks for parent POMs / BOMs and where the Lombok
agent is looked for.
- Maven discovery finds mvn.cmd on PATH on Windows and the homes Maven Wrapper 3.3+
downloads (dists/<name>/<hash> without a nested folder).
- A Project JDK pointing at the JDK's bin directory is accepted.
- Detected run configurations reload when language settings change, so Maven and
Gradle runs use the new JDK, Maven home and options.
- Chinese text for the new settings.
The JDK was always picked automatically (JAVA_HOME, PATH, the usual install dirs, by the
module's Java version) and Maven was the project's mvnw or mvn on PATH, with no way to
override either. languages.java.jdk (Languages & Frameworks › Java › Project JDK) now sets
the default jdtls runtime, the JDK of Run/Debug and JAVA_HOME for Maven and Gradle;
languages.java.maven (Build Tools › Maven) sets the Maven home, -s and
-Dmaven.repo.local for sync, builds, tool-window goals and detected run configurations.
JDKs and Maven installations are detected for the pickers.
Closes#13
Message dialogs: `Dialog` gets an `icon` (question / info / warning / error)
that renders IDEA's alert layout: no title bar, a 32px icon, bold title,
text, checkbox under it. Every confirmation helper (prompt, VCS, services,
project tree, keymap, LSP choices, run, database, Replace All) uses it. Open
Project matches IDEA: "This Window" is the default and has focus. The Code
Analysis and TODO commit checks default to Review.
Project widget: the title bar project button opens a popup like IDEA's
ProjectWidget, with Open… / Clone Repository…, the projects open in other
windows (new `window_open_projects` command) and recent projects, filtered by
typing.
Chinese UI: UI text stays written in English and is translated through a
source-text catalog (`locales/text/zh.json`, about 2300 strings). The UI
primitives (buttons, checkboxes, selects, tabs, dialogs, menus, tooltips,
toasts, settings labels and hints) translate the strings they are given.
Action titles and categories are localised in the registry, and static JSX
text uses `<T>`, so text follows a locale switch without a reload. The
Settings window now syncs the locale too. Settings search matches both
languages.

The Settings window loads the same page as project windows, so it showed the
launch splash with the logo. It now shows only the bar, after 400 ms.
The bar's sliding animation was switched off under reduced motion, leaving a
static 40% fill. It is now a fake progress that eases towards ~90% and fills
to 100% before the splash fades out.

* fix(java): Run jdtls with a Lombok agent and show build errors at launch
jdtls compiles with ECJ, which only generates Lombok members when the
server JVM runs -javaagent:lombok.jar. Nothing put it there, so @Data /
@Setter classes lost their accessors and Run launched stale classes
with "Unresolved compilation problem" stubs and no explanation.
- Projects whose build files mention Lombok get the newest jar: the
IDE-managed one (new "Lombok (jdtls agent)" tool, latest release from
Maven Central), else ~/.m2 (incl. settings.xml localRepository) or the
Gradle cache. Each agent gets its own jdtls workspace so everything is
rebuilt with it.
- Settings › Languages & Frameworks › Java › JVM options
(java.jdt.ls.vmargs); a Lombok agent there wins.
- Run (and Debug, as a notification) list the first compile errors when
the build has errors, plus a hint when Lombok is missing or older than
1.18.34.
Fixes#3
* fix(java): Base the Lombok hint on the agent jdtls actually runs
A Lombok agent in Settings › Java › JVM options wins over the managed
and cached jars, but the launch hint still looked only at those: with
no cached jar it said Lombok was missing, and with an old cached one it
blamed that version although jdtls ran the user's. The hint and the
startup warning now use the user's agent (version from its file name).
Name patterns the IDE treats as nonexistent (.DS_Store, __pycache__, *.pyc, VCS dirs, ...) were hard-coded in five places, and Git changes ignored none of them, so .DS_Store showed up as unversioned. files.ignoredNames (IDEA's default list) now drives the project view, navigation bar, index, watcher, Find in Files, inspections and the Git status.
Project windows are created in setup with the saved theme's frame colour, and the splash covers the first render while the launch project opens, so a window no longer flashes white or the Welcome screen. Single-instance is now release-only so a dev build can run beside an installed release.
* fix: Stop the status refresh loop and the double project open at startup
Every status rewrote .git/index, even with nothing to persist: gix's
`write_changes` writes an empty change set too. The watcher reports
.git/index writes as VCS changes, so each status triggered the next one,
together with an ahead/behind walk. On a repository with a long history
(freqtrade, 33k commits behind upstream) that kept a core busy for as long
as the project was open. Write back only when `has_changes()`.
A project passed on the command line was opened twice: the launch and the
"reopen last project" restore ran concurrently, and the restore checked
for an open project before the launch had finished. The second open found
the index cache locked and indexed in memory only; with a different last
project, the window ended up on whichever finished last. The restore now
waits for the startup launch.
* fix(lsp): Run jdtls on the Java version its bundles need
jdtls's launcher checks for Java 21, and so did JDTLS_MIN_JAVA, but the
Eclipse platform a release ships moves on: 1.63 bundles
org.eclipse.core.filesystem with JavaSE-25, so on a JDK 21 the server died
resolving its bundles ("jdtls is not ready (Crashed)") and the error told
users to install the 21 they already had.
Read the requirement from the installed jdtls instead: the highest osgi.ee
capability / Bundle-RequiredExecutionEnvironment among its plugins'
manifests (cached per install), never below 21. The runtime choice, the
rescan while no JDK fits and the "needs JDK N" message use it.
Fixes#4
Opening another project in the same window left the previous project's state in
module-level stores: Amend and the commit message carried over, debug sessions kept
running, and Git Log, usages, hierarchy, inspection, HTTP client, recent locations,
navigation history and notifications still showed the old project.
Reset each of them on a project root change, stop the old debug sessions, ask about
unsaved changes before leaving a project, close the settings window (it would apply
to the new project) and end the indexing task when a scan is cancelled.
