l0ng-ai 8dc1ee062f fix(java): show why jdtls crashed when a run needs it ...

A run that needed a crashed jdtls reported only "jdtls is not ready (Crashed)",
although the server's exit code and last output were already recorded for its
status. The run console and notification now show them.
