Deng Liuтаdengliu c1e32b091a feat(plugins): prepare PATH in run_process and raise MAX_VIEW_MESSAGE to 8 MiB (#1942) ...

Plugin process: programs now start with the same prepared environment as service logs (ide_core::process::prepare), so tools such as kubectl find credential helpers on the login-shell PATH when the IDE was launched from the GUI. View messages may now be up to 8 MiB (was 1 MiB) so explorer views can post large snapshots.
