l0ng-ai fa6d7276b8 fix(i18n): name each Docker prune and Compose operation in a full sentence (#1150) ...

Prune and Compose task titles spliced English into a sentence ("Pruning ${target}…", "Compose ${op} ${project}…"), so they stayed partly or wholly English. Each prune target and Compose operation now has its own title and failure text.
