l0ng-ai f50a8a301c fix(keymap): bind table editor Submit and Revert in the VS Code presets (#1598) ...

The VS Code presets list every IntelliJ action explicitly; the table editor's Submit / Revert actions were missing there, failing keymap.test.ts. They use ⌘↩ / ⌥⌘Z (Ctrl+Enter / Ctrl+Alt+Z on Windows), active only while a table editor's grid has focus.
