l0ng-ai 07e9ccb4dd fix(plugins): keep each stored value in its own file ...

A set rewrote the whole storage.json, up to 64 MiB, for one small key, and
a get parsed all of it. Each key now has its own file (named by its hash,
written atomically); an older storage.json moves into them on first use.
