l0ng-ai ceed8ec162 fix(vcs): refine log ref labels, row height and favorite star ...

- Ref labels use an outlined tag glyph in the ref colour
- Log rows are 26px with wider graph lanes and larger nodes
- Commits outside HEAD are dimmed instead of tinting the current branch
- Excluded folders in the project tree get a tinted row background
- Favorite star is a rounder, solid shape without an outline stroke
