Repositories created with --object-format=sha256 failed to open because gix was built with SHA-1 only; ide-vcs and ide-vfs now enable gix's sha256 feature. Also adds the missing run.updateApplication entry to the VS Code macOS keymap. Co-authored-by: a-rookie-of-C-language <[email protected]>
