A plugin view declared with `location = "services"` (plugin API 1.3, `engines.openidea ^1.3`) shows its tree in the Services tool window, next to Docker and the run configurations. The nodes, the toolbar (acting on one selected node) and their events come from `view-provider`; `viewItem.context` menus give the nodes a right-click menu. The pane beside the tree comes from a new optional export, `service-provider.detail(view, key)` (worlds `plugin-services` / `services`), which returns typed tabs: a message, read-only text or a process log. The IDE switches tabs without calling the plugin.
For a log, the UI names only the node and tab (`plugin_service_log`); the host asks the plugin for the pane again and runs its program with the plugin's `process:` grant in the project root, with the arguments of the toggles that are on, streaming its output into the log pane Docker uses until it exits (the exit code is shown), the pane closes or the Services window is hidden. A cancelled request starts nothing, lines are cut at 16 KiB, and revoking the grant or cancelling kills the program and what it started. The log pane moves to `src/ui/LogPane` and drops output that arrives after its source was stopped. The Rust SDK gains `openidea_plugin::services` (`Services`, `Tab`, `Pane`, `ProcessLog`). All components are rebuilt for the WIT change.

A direct debug launch had no Run session to carry the app's HTTP port, so
its Services node only showed Debugging/Starting. The debugger now parses
the same embedded web server startup line as Run, publishes the port on
DebugServiceSession, and the node shows :port as soon as the app announces
it, exactly like a running service (#1718).

* perf(vfs): list directories off the main thread and reuse the repository lookup
Opening a folder on a network share (\\wsl.localhost\<distro>\...) is slow
because every listing ran on the main thread and walked up to the repository
root and ran a repository discovery again.
- fs_read_dir runs on the blocking pool.
- GitignoreStack::cached keeps the repository root and the repo-level rules
for a few seconds. An edit of .git/info/exclude is still seen at once (its
mtime and size are checked) and every .gitignore / .ignore is read fresh.

* feat(remote): open WSL projects through a WSL transport
A folder of a WSL distro (\\wsl.localhost\<distro>\... or \\wsl$\...) now opens
as a remote project whose openidea-server runs inside the distro, so the
terminal, SDK discovery, run, language servers and git are native Linux.
- RemoteTarget (ssh | wsl) replaces the SSH configuration id in the remote
launch, connection, session and recents; old recents are read as SSH and a
WSL target never inherits the legacy trust migration.
- remote_wsl: probe the distro, stream the server into ~/.openidea/server and
start it with `wsl.exe -d <distro> --exec <bin> --stdio`. Distro names are
validated and every command goes through --exec with positional arguments.
- wsl_distros / wsl_resolve commands; File > Open, the CLI and recents route
WSL folders to the distro and focus the window that already has them.
- Remote Development dialog: SSH/WSL choice with the detected distros; the
status bar shows `WSL: <distro>` / `SSH: <host>`.
- ide-jsonrpc: skip the NUL left at the start of a line by UTF-16 output of
wsl.exe, which made the first message of the server disappear.
Not run on Windows yet: only a stand-in for wsl.exe is tested.

* fix(remote): satisfy clippy in WSL output decoding
* style(run): format run types
* fix: regenerate bindings and drop untranslated WSL catalog entry
* test(i18n): list WSL as an untranslated product name
* fix(run): pick build wrappers and shell quoting by the execution host
A remote window runs commands on its Linux or macOS server, so a Windows
desktop no longer selects gradlew.bat, mvnw.cmd or Windows quoting for it.
* fix(welcome): open legacy WSL UNC recents and sessions through the distro
Recents and the restored session called the local openProject for a
\\wsl.localhost folder saved before WSL projects, which fails with OS
error 123. They now resolve it like the other entry points.
* fix(windows): keep WSL files out of remote project launches
path_launch tested the WSL share before is_dir, so a first-instance CLI
launch with a WSL file opened a remote project instead of LightEdit.
* fix(remote): run-command OS comes from the remote host, not an assumption
The server's OS was dropped after connect, so a restored session had none and
isWindows() assumed every remote host is Unix. Keep it on the connection and
the session, and resolve it through hostOs().

Scroll containers set cursor: text, and the webview applies an element's cursor to its scrollbar, so scrollbars showed the I-beam. The containers now keep the arrow and the text inside them gets the I-beam: the editor (.cm-content instead of .cm-scroller, which also covers the diff and merge editors), the source preview, the Run, Build and Debugger consoles, the Git console, the Database output and the Services log.

Prune and Compose task titles spliced English into a sentence ("Pruning ${target}…", "Compose ${op} ${project}…"), so they stayed partly or wholly English. Each prune target and Compose operation now has its own title and failure text.
Debugger action failures, project tree clipboard / create-file failures and Docker operation failures pass their title through a helper before notify, so the text catalog check never saw them and they showed in English. The call sites now tag the text with tx, and Docker failures name each operation in a full sentence instead of splicing an English verb or object into one.
Run configuration types mark path fields (browse: file or directory, or chosen from the other params) and the form puts a folder button next to them; Working directory and Redirect input get one too, storing project paths relative to the root. Covers Tomcat, Shell Script, Executable, Godot, npm, Gradle, Maven, Go, Ruby and Docker path fields. The dialog is resizable and its content grows with it.
On macOS, with an editable element focused and an input method active, WebKit can deliver a tap as pointerup then pointerdown, so drag trackers saw every later pointermove as a held button: one tap plus a pointer move started a phantom drag (file drag label, tab detach, tool window move) and the next tap dropped it. A drag now starts only from a move with the primary button down, a move without it cancels the press, and late button-less moves after a drag started are ignored so the drop is kept. Resizers, dialog drag/resize, pan and the review gutter end instead; the Project view also listens for pointercancel.

Projects now open with a user-owned trust decision. The prompt offers Preview in Restricted Mode, Don't Open and Trust Project, with an optional trusted parent folder; preview is the default focus so Enter never grants trust.
Restricted projects keep browsing, editing, saving, search and highlighting. Project-controlled execution is denied by default in the backend: run, debug, build, tools, language servers, plugins and Git commands that could honour repository configuration. Trusting a project enables those paths without reopening it, and decisions can be revoked in Settings.
Terminals stay available when the user opens one, without project shell settings, environment or virtualenv activation. A shell prompt that runs git in the folder can still honour the repository's core.fsmonitor.

A direct debug launch kept its output only in Debug, while Services showed an idle entry or an earlier Run.
- Show the debug execution's console and running, suspended or finished state in Services, reusing the debugger's bounded console through the Run/Debug bridge. Console output does not rebuild the Services tree.
- Keep Maven and Gradle attached launches in their Run console, pairing Run and debug sessions by configuration and process.
- Stop an owning Run and wait for its process to exit before detaching its debuggers, so no new JDWP listener is attached again.
- Point configuration Stop and Rerun at the displayed execution, and group Stop at every live execution.

Services followed configuration detection order, so frequently used services could not be kept together. Services can now be dragged before or after a sibling, with an insertion indicator and edge scrolling, or moved with Move Up/Down from the toolbar and context menu.
The order is stored per project location and type, separately from configuration definitions. New configurations append, windows stay in sync, and a failed save keeps the order for the session with a warning. Sorting in Tree is opt-in, so other trees are unchanged.

On Windows and Linux, Ctrl+C in the Run/Debug consoles and other DOM output views did nothing because no handler copied the selection. Each output view (Run and Debug consoles, Build output and message detail, Git console, database output, Docker logs) now copies its own selection on Ctrl+C / Ctrl+Insert (Cmd+C on macOS) through a shared helper, leaving views with their own copy handling (database grid, Problems) untouched. In terminals, Ctrl+C copies a selection on Windows and Linux and otherwise interrupts; on macOS it always interrupts. The console menu shows the host's copy shortcut.
Not verified on a real Windows machine.
Fixes#372
The Services tree dropped the shared Tree's selection set and resolved actions for the lead row only. It now keeps the full selection (Ctrl/Cmd-click, Shift-click ranges, Shift+arrows); toolbar and context-menu actions common to the selection run on every selected service, skipping disabled targets and descendants of a selected group. Entries that open a dialog are disabled for a multi-selection.
Fixes#376
The plain run glyph renders at 12px and the other gutter icons (run-all, run status badges, inheritance markers, HTTP request markers) at 14px through a shared gutterIconMarkup, so they look the same size. Run, Docker, HTTP, Spring HTTP and inheritance markers use it, and marker boxes are 14px to match the gutter column instead of overflowing it at 16px.
Adds knip (pnpm knip, knip.ts covering src, scripts, perf and e2e) and runs it in the CI frontend job. Removes what it reported: the unused codemirror and @types/dompurify dependencies, exports and test hooks used nowhere (AppLogo, Tooltip, barrel re-exports, duplicate default exports of lazily loaded settings pages), the unused iterateAll helper, and the zh entry for a deleted notification. rustfmt (used by lint-staged) is ignored as a toolchain binary.

The Services tool window lists run configurations next to Docker. Spring Boot configurations appear by default; other types (Application, npm, Maven, Gradle, …) are added with + › Run Configuration Type and removed with Remove from Services, remembered per project. Nodes group by type and show running / stopped, with Run / Rerun, Debug, Stop, Show in Run Tool Window and Edit Configuration… in the toolbar and context menu; the detail pane shows the same console as the Run tool window. Running Spring Boot apps show the HTTP port read from the embedded server's "started on port" line.
Rerun now waits for the old process to exit before starting the new one, so a restarted server no longer fails with its port already in use, and a process stopped by the user no longer raises an exit-code notification.

Run oxfmt once over the whole repository (formatting only, no logic changes) and add `pnpm format:check` to the frontend CI job so unformatted code no longer builds up. `.oxfmtrc.json` now skips the generated theme docs, test fixtures and code blocks inside Markdown.

Hard-coded UI text, titles and aria-labels in about 110 components (Git panels, hierarchy, pull requests, dialogs, settings, welcome) now go through tx; spliced fragments became whole sentences (fileCount, noneFoundLabel, hierarchyTitle) and pull request states use keyed messages. 225 zh entries added, stale fragment entries removed.
Also: tx used as a tag without interpolations (tx`No checks`) now looks the text up exactly instead of as a template, so it is translated like tx("No checks"); the text-catalog test checks such tags as plain literals. Check and test counts reuse the existing "{count} passed" / "{failed} failing" entries.

About 270 UI strings were JS template literals with interpolation passed to exact catalog lookup, so they could never be translated; about 25 more spliced lowercase English fragments into sentences.
`tx` now also works as a template tag (`` tx`Remove data source '${name}'?` ``): it looks up the entry by the literal parts (`{name}` placeholders), translates interpolated values that have entries, and remembers generated text so it re-translates after a language switch or when the catalog loads later. Call sites use the tag; spliced fragments are written as whole sentences per variant. Adds 280 Chinese translations and removes stale ones.
The catalog guard now also fails on untagged template literals reaching exact lookup (unless allowlisted with a reason), tagged text missing from the catalog, case-changed or ternary-suffix interpolations, and duplicate template patterns.

Message dialogs: `Dialog` gets an `icon` (question / info / warning / error)
that renders IDEA's alert layout: no title bar, a 32px icon, bold title,
text, checkbox under it. Every confirmation helper (prompt, VCS, services,
project tree, keymap, LSP choices, run, database, Replace All) uses it. Open
Project matches IDEA: "This Window" is the default and has focus. The Code
Analysis and TODO commit checks default to Review.
Project widget: the title bar project button opens a popup like IDEA's
ProjectWidget, with Open… / Clone Repository…, the projects open in other
windows (new `window_open_projects` command) and recent projects, filtered by
typing.
Chinese UI: UI text stays written in English and is translated through a
source-text catalog (`locales/text/zh.json`, about 2300 strings). The UI
primitives (buttons, checkboxes, selects, tabs, dialogs, menus, tooltips,
toasts, settings labels and hints) translate the strings they are given.
Action titles and categories are localised in the registry, and static JSX
text uses `<T>`, so text follows a locale switch without a reload. The
Settings window now syncs the locale too. Settings search matches both
languages.
