Jaw 324dded5c1 feat(vcs): mark diff and merge changes on the scrollbar (#1519)
The diff and merge viewers had no overview lane, so changes outside the viewport were invisible. The scrollbar now marks every change, coloured by type (modified, inserted, deleted, conflict), in the side-by-side view (both panes), the aligned view (one stripe over the shared scroller), the unified view and the three-way merge editor; clicking a mark jumps to the change. Marks span the lane's width from the first to the last changed line with a 2px minimum. The colours are new --diff-*-stripe theme tokens (Darcula, Light and High-contrast values), mapped from ERROR_STRIPE_COLOR on .icls import and set in the Harbor Night theme template.

l0ng-ai 0d80e2c05a feat(vcs): annotate either side of a diff with Git Blame (#1476)
Right-clicking a line or the line numbers of a diff pane now offers Annotate with
Git Blame / Close Annotations. Each side is blamed on its own history: a revision on
that revision (at the path the file had there), the index on HEAD with its own text,
and the working file like the editor's annotations, refreshed after edits and when
HEAD moves. Compare Files, Local History and plain-text sides don't offer it. The
divider between the panes, which had no menu, acts on the pane focused last.

Mariano Dupontandmarianomd b31938db00 feat(deployment): add standalone comparison and selected-file sync (#1070)
Sync with Deployed opens in its own window, one per project window. It lists local files next to the server's copies, with filters, content and binary comparison, and an embedded side-by-side diff whose local side can be edited. The selected file can be synchronized (Enter) without closing the window.

The window is the `deployment` kind of the auxiliary windows that Settings and comparisons use. A cancelled close in it stops its project window from closing. The preview uses the vcs diff viewer through its `diff` editor kind. Also covers #811 (compare with the deployed versions).

l0ng-ai e88e7e6459 fix(i18n): translate Git operation titles and their notifications (#1154)
Git operations passed their title, success and failure text to runOp / runGitOperation as plain strings the text catalog check doesn't see, so notifications after a commit, merge, rebase, stash, shelve, tag, patch or rollback stayed in English, several splicing plurals or English words. Call sites now tag the text with tx, each count and variant has its own sentence, and a failure is titled "{title} failed" from the translated title.

kkmihaiandkkMihai a3576fca90 fix(vcs): maximize diffs and keep file navigation (#907)
Diff tabs, including the preview tab, get Maximize Editor / Restore Size in their toolbar (reusing Hide All Tool Windows). Show Diff from the Commit view or the Git log now carries the whole change list: F7 / Shift+F7 at the last or first difference shows a hint, and pressing again moves to the first or last difference of the neighbouring file, skipping binary, oversized and unreadable files. The layout is restored after a preview is replaced and keyboard focus stays in the diff across files. Compare branches stays single-file.

Shohruh Ismoilovandshohruh-genius 0396f0d552 feat(vcs): recognize moved and edited code in the diff viewer (#868)
Blocks that were moved unchanged, re-indented or moved and then edited are paired across the split diff: each side gets a link to the other (keyboard accessible), moved lines carry a left accent bar, edits inside a moved block get word-level highlights, and the toolbar counts moved blocks and whitespace-only changes. Staging and reverting still work on the original hunks.

l0ng-ai 1716f3e062 feat(diff): compare directories and synchronize entries (#661)
Two folders can now be compared from the project view (Compare Directories with two folders selected, or Compare With… on one folder, also in Find Action). The result tree marks entries as only on left, only on right, contents differ or identical, with a name filter and a show-identical toggle; double-click opens the existing diff editor, and files or whole subdirectories can be copied to either side (overwrite and delete ask first, extra files in the target are kept). Comparison runs in the background with progress and cancel, honours the project's exclusions, and works for remote projects through the same file commands.

The comparison tree and diff preview are shared with the Git folder/revision comparison.

Verified on macOS (subdirectories, Chinese names, binary files, copy both ways, delete, cancel on large files); Windows and Linux not run.

imacross 059fd8a69b feat(github): pull request tool window, timeline and review flow (#477)
Replaces the Pull Requests tool window with a full review workflow on top of gh's authentication.

- List with search, quick filters and paging; a tab per pull request and a New Pull Request tab.
- Details: commit picker, changes tree with viewed state, CI and reviewer status, merge, close and reopen.
- Timeline editor: comments, review threads, reactions and suggested changes.
- Review in the diff viewer and, for the checked-out branch, in the editor (review mode).
- New generic vcs extension points: registerDiffViewerProvider, lineInlays, reviewGutter, branch widget extensions; new vcs_merge_base and gh_api commands.
- CSP: img-src allows https://avatars.githubusercontent.com for avatars.

Fixed while testing against a real repository: remotes behind an SSH host alias, mergeability stuck on UNKNOWN, Apply Locally staying disabled after a checkout, relative links navigating the app's page, and review inlays wider than the pane.

ad09a76212 feat(vcs): IntelliJ's diff algorithm and change colouring in the diff viewer (#242)
* feat(vcs): IDEA's diff algorithm and change colouring in the diff viewer

Port IntelliJ's text comparison to TypeScript (src/features/vcs/comparison):
Myers/patience LCS with unique-element discarding, ByLine (smart matching
that skips unimportant lines, chunk optimizer, second-step correction),
ByWord (word chunks, punctuation matching, whitespace policies, line block
splitting) and ComparisonManager's compareLinesInner / processBlocks. The
port runs IntelliJ's own LineComparisonUtilTest, WordComparisonUtilTest and
SplitComparisonUtilTest cases (459 runs), converted to ideaCases.json.

MergeView chunks now come straight from these line fragments, with the
inner word fragments as chunk changes, instead of @codemirror/merge's
presentable diff. Revert and >> / << replace lines as
DiffUtil.applyModification does.

Colour changes as IDEA does: modified (blue), inserted (green) and deleted
(grey) by chunk type, a lighter line background for chunks whose words were
compared, each word fragment in its own type at full line height, a thin
bar for a fragment empty on one side, and the colours carried into the
gutters and the divider bands. New --diff-modified / --diff-inserted /
--diff-deleted theme tokens, imported from .icls DIFF_* attributes.

Add a Playwright suite over a generated git repository of diff cases,
including 10,000-line files, in every viewer mode.

Jaw 4410da60a2 feat(vcs): IDEA-style synchronized scrolling for the side-by-side diff (#181)
The side-by-side diff gets two independent options. Synchronize Scrolling (toolbar lock, also in the settings menu, on by default) scrolls both panes together; Align Changes (settings menu, off by default) pads the panes so changes line up. With Align Changes off, the panes keep their own heights and a divider of curved bands joins each change, with arrows to apply it; scrolling one pane moves the other through the matching change (anchored at a third of the height), including caret moves and the wheel over the divider. Scroll mapping and the divider look up changes by binary search, so large files with thousands of changes scroll smoothly.

l0ng-ai aeb190ffda feat(debugger): Browse the debug console history and open diff settings from the keyboard (#162)
- Debug console: typed expressions are kept per project, and Browse Console
History (⌥⌘E / Ctrl+Alt+E) lists them, most recent first, to put one back
  into the input.
- Diff viewer: Diff Settings (⇧⌘D / Ctrl+Shift+D) opens the viewer options
(side-by-side / unified, whitespace, highlighting, collapsing, scroll sync)
  as a popup menu.

l0ng-ai b35035f8d9 feat(vcs): Accept a diff change from the keyboard and step between diff files (#158)
- Accept Left Side / Accept Right Side copy the change at the caret to the
  other side of a side-by-side diff (⌃⌘→ / ⌃⌘← on macOS, Ctrl+Alt+R /
  Ctrl+Alt+A on Windows).
- Compare Next File / Compare Previous File open the neighbouring file of
  the diff chain directly (⌃⇧→ / ⌃⇧← on macOS, Alt+Shift+→ / ← on Windows).

Jaw a7c970a6db feat(vcs): Use the editor's find bar in the diff viewer (#148)
Find in the diff viewer (⌘F / ⌘R / ⌘G) opens the editor's find bar instead of CodeMirror's search panel: same field, Match Case / Words / Regex, counter, navigation, filter menu and highlights. In the side-by-side viewer the bar sits over the side with the caret, Replace is offered only on editable sides, and the shortcuts come from the keymap. Esc closes the bar even while a match is selected.

Jaw 55836e1b49 chore: Format the codebase with oxfmt and check formatting in CI (#135)
Run oxfmt once over the whole repository (formatting only, no logic changes) and add `pnpm format:check` to the frontend CI job so unformatted code no longer builds up. `.oxfmtrc.json` now skips the generated theme docs, test fixtures and code blocks inside Markdown.

l0ng-ai 429e8ffc82 fix(i18n): Translate the remaining Git and pull request text (#116)
Multi-repo branch popup matches actions by their translated label (highlights and Chinese search now work) and translates its group headers. Conflict counts, relative times (shared dateFormat), in-progress operation titles, git operation progress/results, branch widget tooltips, diff/hunk counts, worktree markers, PR author line and review placeholders go through tx; the default "Changes" changelist shows its translated name. HexViewer read-only leaves the untranslated allowlist. 92 zh entries.

Jaw 70f10e741c fix(i18n): Translate the remaining UI text (Git, hierarchy, pull requests, dialogs, aria labels) (#114)
Hard-coded UI text, titles and aria-labels in about 110 components (Git panels, hierarchy, pull requests, dialogs, settings, welcome) now go through tx; spliced fragments became whole sentences (fileCount, noneFoundLabel, hierarchyTitle) and pull request states use keyed messages. 225 zh entries added, stale fragment entries removed.

Also: tx used as a tag without interpolations (tx`No checks`) now looks the text up exactly instead of as a template, so it is translated like tx("No checks"); the text-catalog test checks such tags as plain literals. Check and test counts reuse the existing "{count} passed" / "{failed} failing" entries.

itninganditning 8d4c8885ca fix(diff): Jump to Source from a commit's file, next to Next Difference (#103)
Jump to Source moves next to Next Difference in the diff toolbar, with the edit (pencil) icon. Diffs where neither side is a file on disk (Git Log commit files, Compare Branches, multi-commit diffs) now offer it when the path still exists in the working copy; files deleted by the commit don't.

Jumping from a pane that isn't the opened file used the other pane's caret. The caret line is now mapped through the diff to the target (the other pane's document, or the working copy read at click time including unsaved edits); the column is kept only when the line is unchanged.

胡翀andzzxzz12345 2a8e5e791d fix(diff): Keep distant edits as separate chunks and render continuous change blocks (#95)
In long files several distant edits could collapse into one large replacement that highlighted unchanged lines, and multi-line changes showed per-line stripes.

Lines are now matched before character-level changes. The line diff is anchored on lines that occur once on both sides (patience-style), with a bounded diff only between anchors, so 50k-line files with distant edits keep separate chunks. Whole inserted or deleted lines render as continuous blocks; paired modified lines keep the line background plus word-level highlights, also inside multi-line chunks. Line decorations are built for the visible range only.

l0ng-ai 7146779f6c feat(vim): Built-in Vim mode modelled on IdeaVim (#55)
Built-in Vim emulation on @replit/codemirror-vim (approved dependency), modelled on IdeaVim: `vim.toggle` (Tools › Vim, status widget, Settings › Editor › Vim), mode widget (NORMAL / INSERT / VISUAL / V-LINE / V-BLOCK / REPLACE), IdeaVim-style shortcut conflict handlers (Vim / IDE per key) through a generic `registerKeyClaim()` in the keymap dispatcher, Escape closing popups first, a safe subset of ~/.openideavimrc / ~/.ideavimrc (set, map variants, mapleader, :action / <Action>()), Ex commands :w :wa :q :qa :wq :x :action. Covers file editors, diff editable side and merge result via a new `embeddedEditorExtensions` extension point.

Verified in the app on macOS: motions/operators, i/Esc/V mode widget, :w saves, Ctrl+R redoes in Vim without running Run, toggling off restores plain editing. Not verified on Windows/Linux.

l0ng-ai 81e0e8e2d0 feat: Align interactions with IntelliJ IDEA (#22)
* feat(nav): Complete file paths and flag unresolved web file references

Path completion in href/src/url()/@import, Markdown links and path-like strings, folders first. HTML and CSS paths that name no file get a 'Cannot resolve file' warning. File references resolve in the backend like IDEA's: relative to the file, /-rooted against the project and resource roots.

* feat: Align editor, workbench, run/debug and VCS interactions with IntelliJ IDEA

Keymap
- Let AltGr characters through instead of firing Ctrl+Alt shortcuts (Windows/Linux)
- Double Shift: strict press/release timing, ignored while typing or after Shift+click
- Chords wait 2s and swallow an unmatched second stroke
- Drop CodeMirror defaults that clash with IDEA keys; ⌘Enter is Split Line, add
Scroll to Center and Code Block Start/End
- Add missing IDEA defaults (⌃J, ⌘Y, ⇧⌘C, ⌥⌘Y, ⇧⌘M, F9 Resume, ⌘R Rerun, …)

Editor
- Tab inserts at the caret; smart Backspace to the proper indent; Enter continues
  a `//` comment; per-language line comment placement
- Back/Forward records navigations only; ⌘F searches the selected text
- In-place rename; ⌃Space inserts a sole candidate; commit characters only for a
focused lookup; usage highlighting survives edits; ⌥Enter offers fixes from the
caret line; ⌘-hover shows declaration info only for navigable targets

Workbench
- Tool windows: primary and split area per side, six Move To anchors, layout migration
- ⌘W closes tool window content; Shift+Esc from the editor; closing a tab
activates the left neighbour; preview tab and tab limit follow IDEA defaults
- Switcher lists open editors and tool windows; Recent Files Delete removes items
- Search Everywhere tab/scope behaviour; popups close when the window deactivates
- Project view: Copy/Move dialogs on paste, skippable usage search on delete,
new-file input cancels on blur; Settings search Esc clears the filter
- Status bar breadcrumbs open a children popup; notification timeouts

Run / Debug / Build / Terminal
- Run asks to stop a running single-instance config; Rerun restarts silently;
  "Allow multiple instances" option
- Run chooser: Enter runs, Shift debugs, F4/Delete/digits
- Type into the console for stdin; Stop covers debug sessions
- Log (Shift+click) and temporary (Alt+click) breakpoints; independent suspend/log
options; Evaluate prefill and history; changed-value highlighting; expandable hints
- Build window opens on failure and jumps to the first error
- Terminal confirms closing a busy tab and lets IDE shortcuts through

VCS
- Correct ours/theirs labels during rebase, cherry-pick and revert
- Smart/Force Checkout; remote branch checkout updates the local branch
- Partial commit by changed block; inline before-commit check results
- F7 continues into the next file; Rollback Lines; Commit and Push; Amend message swap
- Branch delete with Restore; force push confirmation; editable push target;
update summary with the incoming commits
