Subject: [PATCH] fix(agents): keep session header controls inside a narrow
 conversation column (#1540)

The meters were fixed-width and the header didn't clip, so in a narrow
conversation the stop, terminal and changes buttons spilled over the
Changes pane. The title now shrinks first, meters that don't fit drop
out whole, and the buttons keep their size.
