Subject: [PATCH] fix(i18n): translate the CTest, URL and JRE labels in Chinese
 (#2071)

The catalog test rejects Chinese text equal to its English source; CTest (CMake test configuration name) and the Tomcat dialog's URL: and JRE: labels were left as English.
